Here are this weeks wonderful questions. I can't wait to read other bloggers answers, I am always curious on what motivates people to blog, how long they have been blogging, etc.

1. What is the name of your blog? How long have you been blogging?

 The name of my blog is The Sportsman's Wife and I published my first post May 16, 2012. Only 8 months people! My blog has barely been "born".

 

2. Why do you blog?

It gives me an outlet to share things I am passionate about and connect with other people that share those same passions. It also has been a neat way to materialize memories that I hopefully can pass on to my kids someday.

 

3. What is the first blog you ever followed?

Ree over at The Pioneer Woman. I followed her posts a long time before blogging was even a trend.

 

4. What is your favorite post you wrote in 2012?

This is a tough one... I would have to say My Lifesaver  was my favorite. My little Sportsman-in-Training is why I do what I do. He keeps me going and reminds me to be a better person and try harder.

5. What are your blogging goals for 2013?

I am still learning to find my blogging voice, so my main goal is to continue to learn how to be "me" in my posts. I also want to gain more direction and vision for this space. Should it be more outdoorsy, or do I just want to be another mommy blogger. Things like that. I would also like to get The Sportsman more involved, maybe some guest posting?

 

6. Name your top 3 favorite blogs.

 Knitty Bitties is my favorite sewing blog. I love her quilting style and am always inspired.

Amy over at Expand Outdoors is my constant reminder to get off my butt.

And Lisa over at Snack Girl helps me stay motivated in the kitchen with fun healthy ideas to feed my men.
