Oh you know everyone has to have something they wish they could turn back time for. Maybe something huge, like making a relationship work. Or something small, to avoid a slight embarrassment. You have to be thinking of something you would turn back time for.
I have a couple. They are mostly small ones...
If I could turn back time I would tell myself to be more understanding of my parents. Parenting is hard, yo! It's even harder when your kid idolizes you and you know that really, your just human. That said...
If I could turn back time I would try harder to forgive the little toddler tantrums that my little guy has, and rebuke with a softer more understanding tone.
If I could turn back time I would tell myself to listen to all those people that said I would forget about the pain of childbirth and would probably have another baby... and NOT have given all my maternity clothes away the moment I went into labor with my first.
If I could turn back time I would remind myself that quality clothing is a far better investment then quantity of clothing. Ugh... all those one time worn shirts from kohls. That are now on my yard sale pile. That will end up in the Salvation Army pile.
If I could turn back time I would be more diligent in eating healthier and exercising more regularly like way earlier on in life. It is so much harder to adopt a healthier lifestyle the older I get. Old habits die hard!
And in general... If I could turn back time I would tell myself to live with more purpose and that it is ok to be more spontaneous, laugh more, and say more of the funny s*** that is always floating around in my head.
